An item is missing from my parcel. What should I do?

Please do a quick check through your email inbox to see if we have reached out to you on the unavailability of any products in your order. A refund will be processed, and you will not be charged for any unavailable products in your order.

If you have not received any notice from us, please write to us at hello@clawsandeffect.sg within 7 calendar days of receiving your order with the following information:

  1. Your order number; and
  2. The name/ product code of the missing item.
