I received a defective or incorrect item. What should I do?

We are extremely sorry for the error on our part. Please write to us at hello@clawsandeffect.sg within 7 calendar days of receiving your order with the following information:

  1. Your order number;
  2. The name/ product code of the defective or incorrect item; and
  3. Photograph of the defective or incorrect item.

We will be in contact with you shortly to advise on the next steps of getting a replacement to you.
